BACKGROUND

Frontier Communications is growing quickly and focusing on providing service to previously underserved communities, particularly in rural markets throughout the United States. With this company growth spurt, it recognized the need to place a new call center in Everett, WA.

CHALLENGE

While the space was existing, Frontier needed to execute a complete remodel in order to properly ensure its staff had all necessary resources to provide excellent customer service to new and present customers. This renovation included a new telecommunications distribution system, and Frontier Communications needed a partner that could deliver a one-stop solution for its needs.


SOLUTION AND RESULTS

Staley provided a design, configuration and one-manufacturer solution for the telecommunications distribution system. With the facility spanning several floors and over 350,000 sq. ft., we implemented a staged cable delivery system. Because of our manpower capabilities, we were able to keep a flexible work schedule to accommodate Frontier’s remodel work. After the three month project, Frontier Communications was able to introduce its call center staff to the new system and seamlessly begin operation.
